Yeah, it's the same person, and a legitimate profile.
I took photos from her with friends and older pictures albums as well.
Girls her age can look very differently over a small period of time.

Is that Amy Acker? Holy crap is she hot. One of the reasons I watched Angel (Aside from it's a wonderful show) is because she is total Dr. Pepper on the eyes.
