Funny. My daughter knew Dylan and the Stones before she was five. Even today, when her boyfriend plays like Nirvana and Sonic Youth and so on, she'll go, oh yah, I heard that in my dad's car a lot around 1991.

my mom played a lot of the "gen-x" bands (like sonic youth and nirvana and dino jr etc.) because she's a part of that generation, but also dylan and the stones and zeppelin and so on and so forth. my dad always played old blues.

my dad likes old 30s style jazz.

Yeah. I was asked to party and stuff tonight. I'm not in the mood. I just watched a dvd and talked with a friend instead. I'm done now and the party is still going on.

i used a blonde dye to lighten my hair a bit from horrible spicy salsa to an ok weird brownie-red color. it doesn't look too bad. i want to bleach my hair.

i went out earlier tonight. i just feel like relaxing.

speaking of hair, i fixed my bangs. now they're not cut straight across like in kindergarten. they are appropriately askew.

i'm trying to grown mine out. if i comb them across they're even with the tip of my nose.

mine are still above my eyebrows since i had to cut them to fix the straightness.

If I let my hair grow it just becomes a mess, I don't know why I thought I could let my hair grow out.
