I smoked catnip once years and years ago. It made me puke. I can't tell if it did anything because I was already fucked up.

Well it was in the ingredents of the tea and it said on the box it like clams you down and shit. So i looked it up on line and this page came up http://www.answerbag.com/q_view.php/8959 (pretty cool converstaion on there) |
My friend used to wake up and drink down one or two of those small containers of Nutmeg around 4:30 and by the time he got on the bus he would be wasted. He was in 8th grade and I was in 6th.

I dont wanna try the Datura and other plants like that I just like them in my terrace. :) During the last couple of years I dont eat my deliciuos little shrooms more then a couple of time by year, cause I dont need it. But anyway I say to do these extreme experiences constructive and with a sense, all we need a guide to be ready otherwise it could be just fun or a badtrip. |
Nutmeg is an intensely odd buzz-on. It's like a waking dream for a day and a a half. I've never heard of anyone dying from nutmeg or mace, but I guess enough of anything could drop ya. Datura is decent. Hhmm. Now I'm craving a jay o' gras. :Þ

well did you do it yet?
what was it like? |
why do that to yrself, why oh why. go get some drugs and smoke that, its way healthier and yeah illegal but at least your lungs will be coated as opposed to having the coating ripped off!
|
Yea, I hear ya. Some drugs are just pointless. Alot of people around here where I live get high on DXM (dextromethorphan hydrobromide) or DM ... You know, doctor Mom. Cough syrups and sucrets. The buzz is a deliriant disassociative mind-fuck. If you like K, you'd like DXM.
|
I love DXM. One of the few drugs I actually miss.

Cat Power in mere minutes on CBS... |
SERIOUSLY? Thank you. I'll be tuning in.

Living Proof from the new album...she just sang (& danced a little too)
I'm not too wild about the new album or that last one, You are Free, really either...but they are still both good albums. She's not technically a great singer, but I love the way she sings & puts the phrasing together. She's done Letterman before, but it's only natural that since soul is her gift that she is putting herself out there on network with a decidely soulful r&b-tinged tune. I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn that it was Chan that asked Paul & the band to play the Al Green tonight during all the bumpers & commercial breaks. move over Wolfmother, another flavor-of-the-month, Be Your Own Pet, will play Conan tonight. |
Yeah. It was a good performance. I caught the last half. I shut off my roomate's Pikmin and changed the channel as fast as I could.
|
Yeah her dancing was off the hook.....did she bust out the chicken dance for a second there?
|
I think she may have...she had lots of moves...
Be your Own pet playing now...I like the energy, hell, I like them. ...sounds like some song about going up on two wheels in a car...some stuntman fantasy trip or about riding a motorcycle or bike... all I know is that they feel much more immediate & real than Yeah Yeah Yeahs and are more listenable than Majik Markers. Conan mentioned that they were playing in D.C., but didn't say that they were opening for Sonic Youth. Under the influence... ![]() Only in America... http://www.cattv.com/VideoCatnipDVD.htm |
She had some funky ass moves.
