Yes RATM. I thought you'd looked into my mind and were winding me up! Many years ago I went to a festival with a friend and her 12 year old daughter and had to listen to RATM and Silverchair all the way in the car. I've never fully recovered from that ordeal. Stiff Little Fingers - Inflammable Material |
agnostic front - victim in pain

Beth Orton - Trailer Park.
The Strokes - Is this it
Phantom Tollbooth - s/t. This album is great, but everything else they did is too horrible for words.
I'd go with "Siamese Dream" by Smashing Pumpkins. That was the only truly great album they recorded.
X-Los Angeles I bought their Anthology, which has a lot of good non Los Angeles stuff on it, but I bought the "Los Angeles" album because the whole thing is awesome.

Beat Off, Love Songs for the Retarded, Grow Up, Move Back Home were all excellent. And Punk Rock Confidential, Everythings OK EP, and Today EP were passable. Basically, yr wrong. |
I was talking about that version of the The Queers, which while its has two of the same band members, is practically a completely different band. Sure they kept the name, but they went from being hardcore to pop-punk to sound more like The Ramones. The album I mentioned was thier only release as a hardcore band. And none of ther pop-punk sound, in my opinon can compare to thier hardcore stuff.
