it does, and sugars burn the fastest as fuel. if you do not burn them off then they convert to fat. nothing bad for you there, just dont scarf down bread every second of the day, although a fresh loaf of bread, whichever kind, and butter is heaven.

cheese rules. i go to central amrket here in houston and just stand in awe of their hundreds of cheese selections.

I once received a cheese of the month club package for an attorney that did not work here anymore and I kept it and it had three fantasti rustic cheese and every month for 4 months I had a new package of this wonderful different cheese and it was fucking heaven.
