it was my first RPG. I was like...8. It's still my fave. I dunno. It was the game that really got me into gaming for the story and stuff...not for the gore and graphics. I'm actually playing it again...heh.

My first RPGs were FF1 and Dragon Warrior/Quest 1. So by the time VII rolled around, I was like, meh. It's alright, but like I said, I prefer 8bit/16bit sprites. Straight up. And I hate the new FF's like X and so on. I dont' want to watch an anime. I wanna play a game.

I'd rank FF's (not counting 11) as:

II is unplayable, really. But I would rather play it than the fucked-up (and not in a good way) VIII and the awful 12...

yes X is bad. and XII was eh. I did however like the battle system. It was different. which is good....sometimes.

You should get one. A Wii that is. 90% of the games are crap, but the rest are classic Ninty genius. Super Mario Galaxy is the best game ever. Seriously. No More Heroes is avant-garde-japanese joy! ;)

A friend of mine had no more heroes. Quite outrageous I may say.

Any recommendation for some good one for PC? Not one of the latest (my PC is a piece of shit), rather a 3 years old or so +.
