Not sure if this fits, but I have a strange adoration for triangles. Whenever I see a triangle within something unrelated, I almost always find myself grinning ear to ear.

Memories are like threads of a message board. When you think of them, they get "bumped", then fade again.

Death & the Maiden 03.26.2009 04:46 AM

I think my memory is excellent for certain things - I can recall things I learnt to play on guitar over three years ago, I don't need to write down things my guitar teacher shows me.
Other things: I get obsessed with things, I hate the sound and look of certain words, I have a one track mind (I find it difficult to talk with most people), when I daydream I'm often thinking about musical theory, I feel the need to do certain things with my hands, I often worry about having forgotten something.

That happens with me too. Especially music theory. Always trying to work new things out with it.

Death & the Maiden 03.26.2009 05:23 AM

With the music theory thing, I usually try to work out what key something's in, and try to justify something being chromatic. eg "There's an F Minor, followed by a C Major, that means it's in F Minor, but then it uses A# Major and G Major - what were they thinking?"

Dr. Eugene Felikson 03.26.2009 05:25 AM

I'm often too caught up in my thoughts to fully realize what's going on around me. I'm very indecisive at times, seeing both sides of most arguments, and usually communicate my feelings through sarcasm and nervous laughter.

My mind is constantly thinking....abuot time mainly....or whatever is relative to that.

Dead-Air 03.26.2009 10:49 PM

I'm almost a perfect even split between left brain and right brain and between intro and extroverted. This is why I make a good dj (controlling the whole party but in a sort of private) and why I do crazy things on stage in masks. I crave the attention I dread and logically dream up ways to embrace both extremes at once.

ZEROpumpkins 03.26.2009 10:58 PM

When I'm really high my mind cycles thoughts around, in a circular motion. They "surface" and become the main thought for a few seconds then "dive" again.
