Eternal Champions IS one of the worst games ever. One of the worst fighting games ever for sure. Down there with Rise of the Robot and Kasumi Ninja.

Speaking of bad genesis fighting games, anyone remember Brutal? That game definately had a hand in the creation of furrys

It did have Kung Fu Bunny though

Brutal: Paws of Fury was just another copycat of Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat, as were Eternal Champions, Deadly Moves, Clay Fighter and so many other medicore fighting games.

The same thing happened with Sonic The Hedgehog and Bubsy, Aero The Acro-Bat, and Sparkster (Rocket Knight Adventures), and there wouldn't have been a Sonic without Mario (although, of course, Sonic >>>>>Mario).

Oh god CLAYYY fighters. That game hasn't aged well at all. It was definately bad. The Mortal Kombat games aren't even very good when you play them again. All there was is Jump, Duck, Left, Right, Block, Punch, Kick. Number 3 had much better gameplay though

The old mortal kombat games are way better than the new shit they put out on the fancy systems. Since when is simplicity bad? & I know Eternal Champions was a rip off, it had shitty controls, and was fun as hell!

All in all, Genesis was a way better system than SNES, aside from the Enix, Square, and Nintendo games. Of course, the SNES happens to have like 5 of my favorite games of all time on it (SUPER METROID for the win!). So... Either way, both systems rock.

I would like to kiss you for stating the genesis over the snes.
a lot of my favourite games are on those platforms, but the genesis is my personal nostalgiabooster with a shitload of great games

Its a frickin awesome 2d platformer which differs alot from sonic/mario mabye like sonic differs from mario games and they arent the same at all. they are just platformers but they come from different sides.
RKA is so challanging in an awsesome way, its always great to play it through in a rush always again with sweaty hands and a lot of positive stress. love it
