Did he really resemble Al Pacino in, Scent Of A Woman?

according to my folks, that statement is 100% true.

I guess that says something about the writing staff of the show. They were able to take a true observation, & make a classic joke w/ it.

schizophrenicroom 07.24.2008 10:59 AM

you have no idea how handy my seinfeld encyclopedia comes in with writing- if i need a clever cultural statement, i just flip through.

Seinfeld is a show that you can easily watch 4 or 5 hours of it and not even notice.

schizophrenicroom 07.24.2008 11:03 AM

it should be a bad thing but it's really not.

once upon a trillion years ago, my parents nearly bought the kramer painting for our house. i wonder if they ever regret not buying it.

Sonic Youth 37 07.24.2008 11:06 AM

No, not in the least.

schizophrenicroom 07.24.2008 11:09 AM

my mom and i debated whether to keep buying individual seasons or sell them to get the definitive $564594 dollar box set.. it's so worth the money.

atsonicpark 07.24.2008 11:12 AM

seinfeld is possibly the best sitcom ever.

Though married with children is close.. a lot of people hate it, but it's so fucking hilarious, it's like a John Waters film... pure trash with some brilliant social commentary along the way.

Sonic Youth 37 07.24.2008 11:12 AM

I got the 2 re-gifting sets and bought the individual seasons along with them. One of these days I'm going to get a group together and try to watch all seasons in a row. Same with Monty Python, the whole Flying Circus and the movies. It'd only take about 30 hours or so with that.

schizophrenicroom 07.24.2008 11:14 AM

i want to do that with six feet under and mystery science theatre 3000. the former would only be about two days but maybe i should rethink mst3k and just watch the extra-good ones.

I am one of those who can watch Married With Children. Though I'd forgot about it til you mentioned it.

Just recently bought a MP record. It was the funniest thing I'd listened to in a while. Not since hearing Cheech & Chong for the first time did I laugh so hard.
