I think the lossless digital transfer is not yet an "industry standard"...besides, I don't think Aaron Mullan would post something here as a joke ;).

Yeah, it's a little bit confusing (for me).
It's not such a great job to ripp a CD to FLAC... Anyway, i'll write him a PM and, and if he really needs my help, i'll gladly do it...

I have my sorted in bands (and albums cronological).
CDs are the same, and cassettes aswell..
I have all my CDs on my floor right now since I don't have a good shelf for it yet, haha.

Both CDs and records in alphabetical order by artist with chronological sub-order by original release date.
