also I made a decision to eat a really sufficient amount of anything (bread, sandwiches, toast, olives) ofbefore starting drinking. It keeps me eloquent a bit longer.

I knew I could count on this thread being up near the top and easy to find. It's 9:12 AM and I'm having a beer and massive bongs and listening to David Bowie sing "We Are the Dead" and totally thinking about my dead wife while my son watches Elmo in Grouchland on the tv in the other room. And I wanna go to Grouchland, because I'm sure it's better there than here, but I'm still going to show that kid a good time today before dropping him off at grandma's so I can chase somebody half my age tonight. Thank God for this thread, so I never post this kind of shit on Facebook where it would get read...
